Who handles your information
Haining Onestopbuildly Building Materials Co., Ltd. operates this materials catalog and inquiry service. Contact cindy@onestopbuildly.com about your information. Our office is Room 108, Building 2, Fenghuang Commercial Building, Dingqiao Town, Haining, Zhejiang, China.
What we collect and why
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, destination country, selected product codes, quantities and the project information you provide. Company, phone, finish and delivery date are optional. We use these details to evaluate your request, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and follow up on your project. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Inquiries are saved in a private database hosted through Upstash and Vercel. Access is restricted to authorized operators and service providers needed to run the site. Your information may be processed outside your country, including by our team in China. If order coordination requires a supplier, inspection company or shipping provider, only the information needed for that task should be shared.
Inquiry source information
If you submit an inquiry, we also save the submission page and limited source information: a landing-page path, an external referring domain when available, and simple campaign labels from the link you used. We keep this context in page memory until submission; we do not store full referring URLs or search queries and do not send it as a separate tracking request. A full page reload can reset the context. Buyer type and request type are optional and help us route your inquiry.
Browser storage and security logs
Your quote list stores product codes, descriptions and quantities in your browser so it can survive a refresh. Contact details are not stored in the quote list. The management area uses an essential login cookie. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs. We use a hashed network identifier for short-lived submission and login rate limits. This site currently does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records currently remain in our private database until reviewed or removed; there is no automatic expiration. We use them for the ongoing business request, order history and applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us with your inquiry reference. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for an order, dispute or legal obligation. You can clear the quote list in your browser at any time.
Contact and sensitive information
Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information in the inquiry form. For a privacy question or request, email cindy@onestopbuildly.com.
