Catalog and inquiries

This website supports business sourcing inquiries. A catalog entry or inquiry receipt is not an order acceptance, binding price or stock reservation. Prices, availability and the exact supply scope are confirmed in a written quotation and order agreement.

Specifications and samples

Confirm the product code, dimensions, tolerances, construction, color, finish, accessories and installation method before ordering. Listed units are product-specific and must not be treated as interchangeable. Physical samples and signed specifications take precedence over screen color and reference imagery.

Suitability and performance

Fire, acoustic, emissions, moisture and exterior performance must be supported by documents for the exact model and assembly. A material name, photograph or general product description does not establish a tested rating or approval for a particular building. Buyers and their project professionals should confirm destination requirements.

Commercial and export terms

MOQ, samples, payment, lead time, packing, shipping marks, Incoterms, inspection criteria and any warranty are agreed per order. Taxes, duties and destination compliance responsibilities should be stated in that agreement. Do not assume free shipping or an unconditional warranty from a catalog entry.
